A+ Japanese is the absolute best been going there for over years and the team knows there stuff and I’m always treated with respect and when I leave I feel uplifted … A+ is a special place and the leadership has built an incredible team and community that always goes above and beyond.
I checked the reviews for A+ Auto and decided to give them a shot. The initial inspection was thorough, and they identified several repairs my vehicle needed. However, communication was the biggest issue. I approved certain repairs and declined others, but they still began processing repairs I had not authorized. Brian and Company were amazing. We are traveling from out of state visiting relatives in Redwood City. We were on our way to Pacifica, felt the car sort of hesitate twice, and warning lights appeared on the dash after we got on the freeway. Pulled over at the next exit. Pulled out the manual.
