So sad this place closed… I’ve been with them for years and the new company, Southern Paper, is just terrible to deal with. I placed an order, I was charged for the order, no receipt was ever sent, no tracking info was sent after repeatedly asking for both and told “it’s coming”. Never received my items and when I questioned it, I was told the driver couldn’t find my location so he took the items back to the warehouse. 20+ years of business ended today. Ever since new ownership took over, they have been miserable to deal with. Terrible customer service . The paper company just lost a 200k a year account.
My advice is to stay away from this company and go elsewhere for your needs. I placed an order on 6/26/24 and received an order confirmation but no notification that my order had been shipped. Today is 7/10/24 and still nothing. I called on 7/8/24 and was told they see my order but there were no notes noting the progress of my order. They said they would call me back once they "speak to the lady that handles online ordering". I did not receive a phone call so I called back and they said my order is on their shipping dock the... read more

The repair dept. has certainly went down hill. Stopped to get a belt put back in to finding no customers vans in the yard and two workers sitting at the front desk on their cell. Asked for a quick help to in return saying they're "backed up" and can't. Thought he was joking but nope! He was serious. Last few times I've noticed no vans in the yard. Probably getting the same treatment. Jon dons it is till things change
