Christmas Eve morning it smelled like melted plastic in our basement and the Fire Marshall came to check it out. He confirmed it was the hot water heater thermostat. At the recommendation of the fire Marshall we called Aram Ecker (A Jackson Ecker Inc.). He answered the call and went above and beyond to the job right on Christmas Eve. He was professional and friendly while providing high quality service at an affordable price (especially being Christmas Eve).
Mr. Ecker saved me thousands of dollars and gave me back my peace of mind. I can't believe how lucky I was to find him. Here's the story: the sewer pipe under my house backed up. I contacted my home warranty company and they sent one of their contracted plumbers. That plumber told me that I would need to replace all of the piping under my house at of cost of 10,000 dollars.
