Worst customer service. Gave me a ridiculous rebuild charge after charging me $500 just to look at my pump. Then charged me another $400 for storage after 4 months without even telling me what the storage $ fee would be. Basically, made up an amount. My item was the size of a coffee can. When I received my pump, it was missing all its gaskets, orings, and oil pack inside. I tried to work with them to compromise on a storage price and the told me NO.
Been dealing with Artur for years, and he has always been a great support for supply of vacuum equipment. Recently needed a lot of gear for a major project and the A&J team pulled it all together quickly to meet our schedule. Keep up the great work guys!
Bad service, unprofessional staff all around
Unprofessional Business with unprofessional staff. Employee by the name Christopher Reh unwilling to assist on the issues that needs to be resolved, moreover spreading false information about payment terms. jerzy szopa in accounting never ready to pick up the phone or answer emails. Better to do business with some one else who cares.
Excellent service and communication! Highly recommended!
