Made prior arrangements to meet Alfredo on a Saturday to purchase transmission item. Drove 1 1/2 hrs to get there. When I got there he was in the truck and a lady got off and showed me the item and told me in the cost. I handed her the cash and requested a receipt which she said she could give me but would need to charge me taxes and I agreed. there are a thousand moving parts inside a transmission and this guy knows everything. AJ is a family oriented company and a great guy to work with. If ever I have an issue with anything he is first to help me out. even if its not his parts! This guy is like the god father of transmissions in San Antonio! If he doesn’t have it, he will get it. Amazing family and customer service!
This guy at the counter is a total rip off, he will sell you the wrong parts just to get some money in his pocket, the customer is the one that goes through the rest , not him. What a crook 🪝
