Had my tires mounted and balanced here. They did not set the valve stem properly so it leaked air.. Instead of correcting their careless work free of charge. They denied accountability and charged me an additional fee to correct their mistake. They do not stand behind their work like any reputable shop should. Therefore they did not earn my future business.
I stopped by on a Monday without calling ahead or making an appointment, and they took me in right away. I had a nail in my tire, and within 15 minutes it was completely repaired—nail out and patched up perfectly. When I went to pay, the owner told me it was on the house. I was blown away by their kindness and hospitality. Very nice people who truly care about helping others. I’m so grateful for the fast service and generosity—highly recommend this shop!
It is good because the price is reasonable and sufficient, and above all, the service time is fast.
