A&J has been servicing my trusty 2001 Audi A4 for a number of years (since the manufacturer's warranty ended) and have effected everything from routine maintenance to big repairs. After getting rear-ended recently, I sought out A&J for advice in dealing with the driver's insurance company (Progressive), which was trying to avoid paying for the mechanical damage caused by the accident.
