As a business owner we had issues with our septic ; AJ sewer was quick to respond and could identify problem and take proper steps; Gratful for their service!
The registration process was quick, and I was able to schedule a day that worked for us. The guys were nice and did a very thorough job. There was a little miscommunication between the office and the crew which resulted in them initially pulling into the alley instead of the street side which was discussed over the phone. A & J. Sewer was contacted for a sump pump repair or replacement. It was not an emergency. They charged $228 to come out on a Monday to "assess" the problem. About 10 minutes after arrival I was told the main pump needed service. I already knew this. I was told they were not trained on combo pumps with a battery backup. I was referred to Chicago plumbing company. I waited most the day for this company and learned they did not specialize on the equipment. I wish A & J gave me sump pump replacement quotes.
