The technician was very helpful and did an excellent job of pumping out the sludge from my catch basin. However, I was told there was maybe 2 feet of construction debris remaining and he could not get that out. He did not have the tools necessary to pick out the bricks or other construction debris remaining. I felt that this was an incomplete job.
The service man was great, although it appeared he had some mechanical problems with the equipment, jet rodder and did run out of fresh water. My biggest disappointment was that he did not have a camera to inspect the line running to the street and I had made a point of wanting a camera when I made the initial appointment & I was assured that that was possible!!! This is where your company fell far short.
