Stay away. He came to survey the property and then gave a quote. He took a deposit to start work, but he missed three starting days. He disappeared in the middle of work and did not deliver the items he supposedly took a deposit for. Afterwards, he advised that he would issue a refund, but no refund has been issued to date, and he keeps giving excuses.
