A&J roofing really came through for us at Newton Square Condos in Canfield when We found ourselves in need of all new roofs. We have 8 large complex’s with a total of 32 condos. We already had 3 estimates when we called Anthony the owner out and he was there within 15 minutes. He not only beat the other estimates, but was extremely knowledgeable about our needs! I MADE THE MISTAKE OF SENDING THIS COMPANY AN $8,000 DEPOSIT FOR A ROOFING PROJECT. THE MOMENT THEY HAD MY MONEY, THEIR COMMUNICATION CHANGED COMPLETELY. EVERY TIME I ASKED FOR THE REQUIRED PAPERWORK SO WE COULD START THE JOB, I GOT THE SAME EXCUSE: "WE'RE EXTREMELY BUSY." THEY KEPT PROMISING, "I'LL SEND IT TONIGHT," OR "YOU'LL HAVE IT BY THURSDAY."
