Couldnt be more happy with the service in this garage, very transparent and honest. Great customer service and the mechanical engineer Aston went above and beyond to resolve. Can't recommend more
You won't like what I am about to say. I love my Mercedes, and I always took it to this garage because I trusted it. I took for a service and asked to check the belt as it was making noise. End of day, you call me to pick it up and say car is 100%, belt looks fine, no need to change. Two weeks later, belt snapped. Now that doesn't mean the guy's bad mechanic or the garage is not worthy of 4.5 stars. But I was there to prevent it and I don't appreciate the result.
