Despite first impression of this location, the evening went well. Neighbors were not diisruptive at all. Once inside, the venue has a full outdoor kitchen to include fridge, sink, stove, and microwave.there is a greenery backdrop installed ready to use, a speaker, tables, and chairs. The bathroom has a shower which is extremely practical. There is also a playground for younger children. I am giving it a 5 because the pool and all other amenities fulfilled our expectations. Perfect place to spend a sunny day! We spend our day at the pool for a small family gathering. Everything was good, the pool was clean, we will definitely go back.
