Took my daughter to get glasses and an eye exam. Everything was fine they were running behind but also having a celebration so we understood. After choosing the glasses we were told there would be a call when they were ready. There was never a call and for weeks when I went up there it was closed and locked up everytime. Never got the glasses and they charged insurance so I have to pay out of pocket for new glasses. Such a shame because I liked the staff
I had went here to get glasses for me and my child it’s going on a month and I can’t get a call or answer stop by and they was close due to insurance being ran I’m unable to try and get us glasses from any other place very annoyed probably won’t recommend staff was friendly but the wait on glasses and communication sucks
Service is always great amber is very caring and always takes her time to make sure you happy
Great service. Eye exam scheduled and on time ‼️ lots of choices for eye glass frames👓
