Shocking customer service. I had an appointment for 1230 today. Rearranged plans to ensure I kept the appointment. Got there to be told by a scathing receptionist that the optician was not in and my appointment is . She then explained it is MY FAULT for not returning the ONE missed call (which was also accompanied by a text confirming my appointment!) and said she’d tried all week. Lies. Lovely atmosphere lovely man who sorted my eyes out for me and explained in detail about my eyes,appointment was on time,felt comfortable,wasn't waiting for ages like specsavers in the past this will be my new opticians,had a lovely pair of glasses which I'm super excited about and the receptionist she helped me to and she was lovely and kind,THANK YOU!
Fantastic level of care and commitment every time I attend for eye tests and glasses. Cannot recommend enough.
My wife and I have just been to collect our specs. What a great service from the receptionist and the optician. Great attention to detail. Prices were very reasonable and the whole thing from start to finish was great. It took 2 weeks from start to finish. And we're both really pleased with our glasses. Highly recommended!
