Really excellent service!!! I have been using AJ Mechanical Services, Inc. for 18 years for my HVAC systems in my Arlington, Virginia home.AJ Mechanical installed a new HVAC system when I was remodeling my home in 2008 and continued to provide support for the system ever since. James (the owner) and his crews have been very responsive whenever I have called them, and have always quickly resolved my issues as quickly as possible. Loved them. James is really thoughtful on installing and his approach. Puts a ton of thought into his work and attention to detail. Couldn't be happier.
I've first called on 6/7/2024 to schedule a technician to come out and check my brand new unit that was installed by AJ Mechanical Services. I bought my condo 6/5/2024. The owner that paid for the HVAC system told me to call AJ and the warranty was 100 transferred to me. I received a call from a technician on Saturday 6/8/2023. I told him that the unit had ran all night and no cold was coming out. He told me to run it for 4 hours. So, I reiterated that I ran it for the entire night. Extremely pleased with the service provided by Mike at AJ Mechanical! His responsiveness over the phone through calls/texts, professional insight, and methodical troubleshooting resolved a pesky electrical issue with my unit which required more than one visit. His patience and honesty with his assessment meant that my unit functioned again during the hottest days of the summer.
