I reached out to Mr Little and he responded almost immediately, he came on Friday within an hour and got the ac going again. On Sunday the ac went out again and he came back first thing Sunday morning and got it going again. On Sunday he didn’t charge me and I was amazed at how fast he came over. I met him through my old landlord and I took him with me to my new house and glad I met him. To summarize, he is quick, articulate, and efficient. Count on him to show up!!!

That is why I love supporting small businesses rather than some of the larger companies that are only out to Thank you for your money. I highly recommend Allen for all your AC needs.

Run! Don't walk if this guy trys to fix your A/C. He charges too much and does not stand behind his work. I asked him to return to a job I paid him to fix less then a month after his work and he tells us to go find another technician I am swamped. Basically incurring new charges for someone to fix his work and detect the real cause of the problem. Bad guy!
