I’m extremely disappointed in this company. I’m a single mother and a full time middle school teacher who took a day off work to be home and meet this electrician. I did this weeks in advance asking for a specific day right after I get paid so I could pay in cash which I do with all of my business. I was told two weeks ago that the day was secured and they needed a deposit of $150.00 which is entirely reasonable. The best electricians around. Have used them for both business and residencial. Very caring, prompt and knowledgeable. Everything you need from a professional company.
AJ Leo charges $250.00 up front as a diagnosis fee - which you have to pay in advance before they'll even come out. I paid the fee and scheduled the service to fix some dead outlets. The outlets started to work again before the service call. So, they spent about an hour looking around, replaced a couple of working outlets, and then left - charging an additional $260.00.
