Don't let other people experience fool you ,took my Kenneth Cole watch for a battery change and he use knife to out the back and ruined my watch .. never again
The staff was wonderful! They were very helpful and just amazing. The prices were fair here.
They were so nice and accommodating! I went in with 3 watches that needed batteries and a gold chain that needed a new clasp, and gold charm that needed to be fixed and solved. He stopped what he was doing and took care of my needs. Great experience! Have come here often and I am always happy with the service.
