This is a very unprofessional environment the front desk representative Marie is very rude and she always yells and the director Elaine as well is very untruth . She always tells you something different when she calls for case but when you go the patients are different .The coordinators don’t care about you Suzanne is very rude and she speak to you with no respect and she never picks up the calls. The best so far,they're the only agency who give you hours even when you don't need it they give, am not giving them up for nothing they're the best,my two ladies Elaine & Suzanne my best mentó.
Absolutely unprofessional, front desk rep does not pick up calls and when she does she sounds very bitter towards you and blindly transfers you in the middle of speaking. Director isn’t very nice either and seems to follow suit in the front desk rep practices. Do not recommend! stay away!
This agency is the worst. Their care givers are slightly above elementary school in common sense. The coordinators do not return calls. Aidess call out and you are not notified nor told. You have to endure hang ups when you do call. There is a rude Hispanic woman who answers the phone puts you on hold and never comes back. I'm just trying to keep my parent out of a nursing home and no there really aren't any agencies that are much better. Just find another company. The entire employee directory is ridiculous.
