This company was hired for my move by a third party, the unprofessional was unbelievable. Feruz and Roma were responsible for the care of my items during my move. Roma was driving the truck himself. The company wanted a Zelle payment at the time of arrival and charged us $150 more for it taking too long to figure out. My belongings were tossed around in the trailer, leaving boxes damaged and broken. Roma had to call Feruz because of language barriers, and Feruz had no patience in talking to me or my grandmother.
