This is a small "mom & pop business" who will not stand behind their repairs. I took a high end peice of equipment to AJ for a repair that was quoted at $300.00. Immediatly after the repair was completed we noticed a new problem that was not apparent when the equipment was first taken in for repair. We returned the machine to AJ who then quoted an additional $2000.00 to repair. AJ denied any responsibilty for damaging the machine and said the new problem that appeared while in for service was "normal wear & tear"

We've used them twice Over the years, we've used them twice. The last time, about a year ago, they had to take our large TV into the shop.

Called them about a part for my Panasonic TV (lamp) was told part was in stock so I come by and get it. When I drove there (from another part of town) I was told I had to bring old lamp or pay an additional $50 !!!, which they did not tell when when I called them .... and the part was not new, but a "rebuild" with a 3 month warranty. Needless to say I ordered the part online from Panasonic, got a brand new lamp wirh a one year warranty.
