I called them early in the morning and they came out around noon. They were professional and in and out quickly. My kitchen sink was clogged again for the 3rd time in 5 months. They recommended that I change the sink vent. They show me the old one and the springs was not working well. They advised me to go to a hardware store and get a new one. The cost was between 10-20 dollars. They showed where the vet went and how to put it on. I highly recommend A&J Drain and if I will use them again if I have another drain issue.
We bought our first house one month ago, and our sump-pump alarm went off last night. Neither my husband or I were familiar with what a sump pump is or what to do. We called rotorooter first because they showed up on google first and claimed to have 24hr service. They gave us an estimated time window between 8-12PM. This is my first time ever writing an online review. Called A & J Drain for service and he helped me over the phone!! Saved me at least $600 per a quote from someone else. Good people are still out there and I fully recommend A & J if your looking for honest work.
I have used Tony for multiple jobs over the years, from installing hot water heaters to installing faucets and disposers. Always great quality.
We are selling our home and had inspection that needed a few repairs. Tony came the very next morning to fix all the issues we had. He was very responsive and professional. I would recommend him to anyone and if I have anymore issues, I will definitely use his services again.
