Missing brake rotor bolts and the front bearings are bad. Sellers response "Sometimes they just get a little sticky from sitting. We normally just spray them with a wd-40 or silicone spray and blow them out and they free right up. These are sealed bearings and once they get wear should be replaced. Buyer beware you may not be getting quality parts. Wheel bearing failure on a motorcycle could result in a fatal accident. They stopped responding and are not trying to help.
Ten plus stars for these guys. I have an old 93 Suzuki GS500 needed an ignition pickup coil, my local shop guys said it was discontinued but found it on Amazon for over 3 bills.
