Extremely unprofessional experience. When I originally signed on with Engy, we explicitly agreed in writing to a rate of $375/quarter for bookkeeping ($1,200/year) and that the $200 personal tax fee would be waived. Nine months later, the firm invoiced me for the extra $200. When I provided the email proof of our original agreement, they failed to address the discrepancy.
