After the dealership had my car for 8 days, I had it brought over to a A & J auto and they fix the same problem for less than half the price and in one day instead of eight days at the dealership. I would always recommend A&J auto!
I've been going to jose , since h.s , for a reason. Said 1,000 to change spark plugs, and put in new engine , I didn’t have the money at the time , so he said he understood , “get the engine from a junk yard“ , I do for 500 he then has some other guy with glasses , “act boss.”. If you’re looking for an untrustworthy shop, this is the place. They charged my sister $95 for a NY State Inspection. She paid with a $100 bill and didn’t even give her her change back. When she asked for a receipt they said it’s in the vehicle. She checked her receipt once she got home and the total said $37. Yes, maybe she should’ve been more aware that NY State Inspections shouldn’t be this much money and Yes, maybe she should’ve checked her receipt before leaving the property.
