Was quoted 8-10am drop off for the dumpster, and it arrived 2 hours later. I called multiple times for an update, all times the service rep was rude and seemed annoyed I was asking for a reasonable ETA update. Called 90 minutes after the window and operator hung up on us and we had to call back again. They take card over the phone and check and do not provide an online pay option. Dumpster pickup was straightforward.
Gave me .50 a pound for insulated copper wire, despite multiple online posts stating 1.96, and its at least 1.40 anywhere else, but they dont give you prices until you cash out. Absolute hacks
