Stay away from him. I have never left a review or felt the need to before but he is the most unprofessional man I have ever encountered. Rude in messages, rude over phone calls and has an attitude in person. He fitted our Aga and left it in a terrible state. When we asked, he tried to tell us it was cast iron and to just deal with it. After many emails with aga it became apparent it was not a fault with the cooker and it just needed adjusted. Left oil dripping but said it would be 8 days before he could get back to it. I said this was not right and confirmed his message that it would be Sunday before he fixed his fault. Got abusive text saying I could accept it or shut up and if I replied he would not fix it. I can share this text to show what he is like if it helps.
