The only place in Fredericksburg that does appointments! They work with your schedule as other places don't and they turn you away if they're too booked up. They have really good hardworking staff and they are able to get your car taken care of. No upselling! Just straight to the point with trying to get you and your vehicle out. They just recommend things for your vehicle which they can take care of and give an estimate for example. Which is greatly appreciated. As usual, these guys ROCK!!! We thought we could be looking at a really expensive A/C repair, but the crew got it diagnosed and done quickly and nowhere near the price I was expecting. I've trusted them for years and will continue to do so for years to come.
Had a pre purchase inspection done at this shop and they completely dropped the ball. Overlooked many issues with the vehicle and charged $150. Firestone found many issues for just $10, I can't speak for their maintenance work but don't trust them to make sure you are buying what you're being sold
