1 star for the customer service but otherwise very unhappy with the quality of work. I had my brakes done last July and a month or 2 later heard clunking noise. Brought my vehicle into Ford and they told me that they did not tighten tbe bolts and I had one completely fall out and one stuck hence the clunking noise- that cost me $398. Fast forward less then a year and my car began shaking when I hit brakes. Now spending more money on a complete new set of brakes and rotors.
