Having been a loyal customer of Jerry's for years, I've always trusted him with my Budget Truck reservations. However, during my most recent visit in February, there was a mix-up. Instead of receiving the rental truck I had reserved, Jerry inadvertently provided me with another customer's reservation under Hot Box Trucking.
