It's amazing to know customer service is still alive and well. I'm a little upset I drove to Keyser ave in Scranton for my tag and title not knowing they do full tag and title.... I did at least get to make an appointment for my inspection and oil change after I was helped well over 15 minutes at no charge sorting out a license plate registration thin that they didn't even have a hand in. Kudos to the culture here. I look forward to ongoing services.
I am always very hesitant to write any negative review as I run businesses that are prone to customer reviews. I do not know if this is just the employees that work here or the ownership as well but the incompetence at this place is truly remarkable. AJ Auto incorrectly filed a lien on my truck to the wrong lender and after 6 times of me contacting them, they refuse to try to resolve it. I have provided all the information required to rectify THEIR issue and yet they refuse to do anything. AVOID THIS BUSINESS
Horrific experience dealing with them. Completely incompetent in the basic ability to file paperwork. I went to them to simply register my car, and they couldn't even manage to do that correctly. If you call to follow up, they will hang up on you to avoid taking any responsibility for wrongdoing. I would be horrified if any work was done on my car through them since they cannot even manage paperwork.
Excellent service and title and tag service. Stayed open late to accommodate us. A pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend.
