FANTASTIC! A&J inspected my Ranger for a private repair (not insurance) in my home town (Muswellbrook, NSW). I had an itemised quote the next day. I was able to book in for 2 weeks time, and had the vehicle back earlier than quoted. Quality of work was great and no changes to quotation required. Customer service was impeccable! Would definitely recommend and use again.
A & J Auto Body Repairs recently repaired my Toyota CHR, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The representative came to my home in Singleton to provide a detailed repair quote, and the car was picked up and delivered back to me via their tow truck with great efficiency. The service was exceptional, and the quality of the repair work was outstanding. I highly recommend their services.
Terrible. The workmanship is poor and lacks attention to detail. When I took my car in for inspection and repairs, they told me it would be ready in two weeks. After two weeks, I called, and they said it would take four weeks. Then after four weeks, I called again, and they said the parts still hadn't arrived and it would take another three weeks. In the end, it took three months! Way too much drama—just a horrible experience.
Picked our car up and inspected the work that had been completed and found it was done to a poor standard, took weeks longer then quoted (normally I’d say fair enough stuff happens and comes up) but when you’re constantly told “one more day” “Parts WILL be here tomorrow” and countless other lies it’s not on. Communication was really poor!
