Had a pretty awful experience. Their so called engineer came to inspect and clear the kitchen drain blockage. He didn’t finish the job and created a problem which didn’t exist in the first place ! I had to get a second engineer and water company people out who were surprised about the wrong info and advice provided by him. Since then I have been chasing their management to clarify why it all happened but they are unresponsive and keep coming up with pathetic excuses. Please save your time and money and go somewhere else.
