Eric at A Insurance is not only the most knowledgeable agent regarding commercial policies but he'll tell it to you straight up. He doesn't beat around the bush and as a business owner who just wants to get it set up quickly and CORRECTLY Eric has been amazing to work with. Don't go with what is cheapest because often it doesn't cover what you really need. Eric understands this and educates each client so they can make the best decision.
I was recommended to A Insurance by my mortgage broker. They were very quick to respond and helped me get a great bundled rate when buying a new home. Nikki was great to work with and very responsive. I look forward to having them continue to help me in the future.
I needed a Liability Insurance policy for my new construction business. I called A Insurance because that's who I use for my auto and homeowner's insurance. I was transferred to Brandin Jones who works with commercial insurance. He was great to work with, he was knowledgable and took the time to go over my options with me. In the set-up of my new business, the insurance part has been the easiest thanks to his help!
They're good at shopping around for you to get good home and auto insurance rates. They've got me some of the best rates out there. So, that's happy! Their customers service isn't the best and not always easy to get ahold of when you have questions. At least, not locally. Solid 3/5 stars!
