Thanks to Mike's thorough air quality checks I'm now living in a cleaner and safer home. He detected high levels of pet dander and dust not visible to the naked eye and also high amounts of carbon dioxide. Be Aware - Not Recommended Mike Maseline inspected a condo just before we purchased it. After the purchase we found many defects that should have been identified through the inspection. His work was extremely superficial and was substandard, at best. We have used many other inspectors over the years and he was by far the worst.
