The technician arrived early in the appointment time window so I could get to work soon and also contacted me before he got here so that I knew when he would be here.. Once he arrived he was very polite, professional, informative, and enjoyable to talk to! He did a great job cleaning our carpets.. Highly recommended! Great service and friendly staff!
