Reviews are correct. Customer service is zero help. I bought a cutter bar that appears to be manufactured 2 1/2 to 3 inches short. It seems to need another section before the end section to fully reach the right side of the mower table. I asked to speak with someone in production to confirm whether this product is defective or not. They would not help me one bit. They just kept referring me back to the John Deere dealer. The lady said they do not deal with customers only dealers.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! VERY SLOW SHIPPING, BOXES ALWAYS PACKED TERRIBLE AND BLOWN OPEN. MOTHER DEERE NEEDS TO WAKEUP!! FARMERS HAVE CHOICES!! WE CHOSE SOMEONE ELSE FOR OUR PARTS NEEDS!!! OUR $THOUSANDS GONG TO SOMEONE ELSE!! YOUR LOSS!!!
Receiving side, very easy, once you are there approach the office door, there are two phone numbers listed on the door that you'd have to call to check in, and the whole process, or at least in my case took about 2 hrs, to unload 24 pallets, put your BOLS on the back of the trailer and they will do the same when they are done, once you get a green light you are good, I believe you can PARK there OVERNIGHT but if I were you, I'd confirm it b4 doing so, open lot=no gate, friendly folks!
