I’m frustrated writing this review because my issue is not with the technicians. The technician who installed my water heater Scott F./Diego C., were great—professional, timely, respectful, and even went out of his way to help us with our association. No complaints there. I would gladly work with the field technicians again. The real problem is the office and customer service, which has been extremely disappointing. We have been waiting for a month to “receive a part” to fix our AC unit. Each call, we get the run around. We have experienced two medical emergencies due to the excessive heat and have no idea when the issue will be resolved because no one is giving us the courtesy of a call us back to provide an update. I am quite disappointed in the service from this company. We’ve been charged and have not received good service. Today, I called this company for a free estimate for the condominium I live in and with the President’s authorization, and when they arrived, one of the guys talked to me so rude and with such a lack of respect, saying that I was no body to ask them for any job! He hardly let me say that I was just doing those calls voluntarily and if he was not in the position to be there, he would leave. How coward shouting to an elderly lady!
Five Star Service. I called the scheduler this morning at 7:30am, then received a call back at 7:45am from dispatch and Otto arrived at 8:30am!!! Otto is fantastic. We had an emergency leak in the main line for our house that Otto diagnosed, procured parts, repaired and cleaned up by 12:30pm. Same day service! Otto was professional, courteous, experienced and efficient. He walked me through the work and provided frequent updates. I highly recommend A& I Plumbing, an All Year Cooling & Plumbing company. Amazing experience!
Best plumbing company. They were able to find a leaking pipe that other plumbers and leak detection companies couldn't find. Highly recommend.
