Jason from A&I responded to my Angi request for asbestos assessment and removal on the house that I inherited. He came 3 hours west of Baltimore, in February, to do the assessment, and recommended professional removal of asbestos pipe wraps in the basement. He identified some floor tile that contained asbestos, too, but suggested that I install new flooring over top, thus containing the asbestos, rather than removing it. dyneaka and her team did asbestos removal and they did an excellent job, and they went beyond. They came early, very reliable and easy to work with.
They came to my house the end of June to remove asbestos with the wet method. I was told there will be no dust. It will take them two days to complete. I did not stay in my home. The third day I returned and found dust everywhere on my first floor kitchen, dining room & living room. They tried to make me feel as everything was okay. I am a senior and asbestos is nothing to play with. fibers could be in the dust. As they sent someone in to do a quality test they assured me that it was good.
