Jeff came to measure our home for the Hunter Douglas Motorized shade system and was very knowledgeable, helpful, patient and informative in working out a plan for exactly what we wanted. He was prompt in making an appointment after we called his office. On working with him, he was very professional and did not pressure us in any way. 2017: Al Hernandez was extremely professional and delivered exactly what he promised. He showed me what he had to offer and there was no “up-selling” or other misleading information. Couldn’t be happier with this company!! 2025: Al’s son Jeff is as professional and efficient as his Dad. We’ve added products to our home and if there’s ever an issue, Jeff takes care of it. He’s easy to work with and accommodating. This kind of customer service is what makes for lasting professional relationships.
We met the Hernandez family when we were building a house out in Saddle Creek. They agreed to do all our windows treatments and they were so nice, so professional and so reasonably priced. We bought plantation shutters for our house from Jeff Hernandez at AIH back in 2019 and have been very happy with them. Jeff came out and fixed the 1 small issue that we had 2 years later within almost 24 hours. I can’t say enough about how great this company is to work with and the quality of the product you get.
A couple of years ago I ordered window treatments and Jeff came out and measured and hung my window treatments perfectly. The company is fantastic! Everyone on staff is knowledgeable and professional. I'm reviewing them today because they are above and beyond all other companies.
