I had a very good experience with AIH in the past. I contacted them to do another project. I met with the rep and told him everything I wanted. After finding out I had another bid the rep refused to tell me what they would charge me. He insisted on knowing what the other company would use for materials, etc., I said, " Forget them, what would you do the job for? Jeff came to measure our home for the Hunter Douglas Motorized shade system and was very knowledgeable, helpful, patient and informative in working out a plan for exactly what we wanted. He was prompt in making an appointment after we called his office. On working with him, he was very professional and did not pressure us in any way. 2017: Al Hernandez was extremely professional and delivered exactly what he promised. He showed me what he had to offer and there was no “up-selling” or other misleading information. Couldn’t be happier with this company!! 2025: Al’s son Jeff is as professional and efficient as his Dad. We’ve added products to our home and if there’s ever an issue, Jeff takes care of it.
