He was EXTREMELY helpful. For a month I’ve been round and round with Samsung and appliance repair companies trying to fix our refrigerator (btw don’t buy Samsung appliances). I called and while on the phone he told me what the error code was and how it needs to be fixed. I am beyond impressed with how helpful, knowledgeable & efficient!!! Will definitely call again if we need a repair.
