These guys are 5 star! We have an old and unusual septic/grinder and the alarm was going off. As soon as they pulled out and said it is a Barnes these are hard to get I was panicking. Last time it went out was 2019 the night of my son's big graduation party, we were without being able to use water for almost 10 days. Connor and his other employee got to work testing each thing that could be wrong, and found it was just a clog! They were able to repair it and get us up and running in less than an hour! These guys did a great job repairing the lid and vents on my septic system. Kara in their office answered my email inquiry super fast, and they were able to order and install the items within the month. Whereas other septic companies had ghosted me on the job, A Honeydipper was incredibly responsive, followed up, and followed through.
