I was upset bc there was a bird stuck in my chimney making so much noise trying to get out. He was low to the ground and I was worried that he would fall into my room. Abe was the only one I called who sounded like he knew what to do, and was confident that he could do it. He came out as soon as he could which I greatly appreciated.
