Terrible company to work with. Scheduled a blower door test and was difficult to get on their calendar. Once they performed the blower door test it took over two months to get the report. When I asked for the report Serena basically told me Bobby is working with higher priority customers. Once I got the report, it didnt include any thermal imaging even though that was part of what they promised. The report didn't include any data that I didnt already know. A Hight on Homes were amazing to work with. We've now used them 5 times over the last 5 years and each time they were quick, professional, and saved us thousands of dollars over competitors. We started with a free home energy audit they were offering. They then helped us apply for government rebates to get our entire home weatherized which cut our utility bills in half! Both Bobby and Selena were absolutely lovely to work with. They were professional, patience, and worked hard to ensure we did not spend a penny more than we had to. Bobby explained how and what they were doing each time we asked questions. Selena was extremely patience and followed up with me on multiple occations as requested.
