I have always had fantastic experiences with A Hidden Gem! From lashes to facials and waxing, the results are top tier. A true elite esthetician! The glow club is definitely the way to go!
Liv is AMAZING! She makes you feel so comfortable & knows her stuff!! Her monthly package is unbeatable! If you’re on the fence, just go meet her-she’s the sweetest!! I LOVE my monthly facials with her!!
I went to see her on Friday for eyelash extensions and literally they all fell out within 3 days. I did everything right where you don’t shower for over 24 hours and made sure not to put anything on my eyes to ensure they would keep. I’ve had lashes done in the past where this has never happened before. I wanted my eyelashes done before going out of town. I called Katie to get a refund and she only would allow 50% refund. Livi brought me out of a depressin caused by my cancer treatment. My face and scalp were exploding with tiny sore like blisters. It hurt to wash and medicate my face and the more it hurt the deeper my depression. My sweet husband booked this facial for me and my next facial is already booked. Livi did an amazing job and never once pressured me to buy products. I will be getting some on my next visit though! Thank you Livi for taking care of my face.
