I had lashes done and they came out. Fabulous! She was very detailed in her process. Thank you for making me look beautiful. Had to go back 3 days later because the whole left eye fell out. I did everything right but was told it could have been the humidity. If that’s the case, shouldn’t a better different glue be used? I was charged a large amount to get them fixed even though I did Nothing wrong! Very disappointed…
I went to see her on Friday for eyelash extensions and literally they all fell out within 3 days. I did everything right where you don’t shower for over 24 hours and made sure not to put anything on my eyes to ensure they would keep. I’ve had lashes done in the past where this has never happened before. I wanted my eyelashes done before going out of town. I called Katie to get a refund and she only would allow 50% refund. Wonderful relaxing facial with Liv. Not something I do all the time but after hot summer I needed a refresh for my face. This definitely did it! Extra bonus was the special they were having. Treat yourself!! You will not regret it!!
Omg I can not tell you how much this experience was.. So relaxing such nice welcoming ladies..Katie is the best. She really knows her stuff and is so so gentle. Haven't tried them your really missing out..Call book you will not be sorry. So happy I called them. I'll be back every 2 mths...
