Dr. Lydia is an incredible psychologist. I’ve had other therapists before, but I never truly felt understood the way I do with her. She listens with patience, compassion, and really takes the time to understand what you’re going through. For years I had the wrong diagnosis, and she helped me finally understand what was really happening. That has made a huge difference in my treatment and how I understand myself.
