Jay was clear, straight forward and able to accommodate us very quickly. We appreciated his knowledge, suggestions and quick work. He removed tiles, replaced boards on the wall and re tiled. He was able to adapt to the un-levelled bathtub and made the tiles work regardless. On top of that he also helped us, out of his own initiative, by doing some clean up of previous patch jobs. It was an excellent job and an excellent experience and will be working with him moving forward. [pictures to come]Â
