Our property manager for our condo complex recommended this company, so three of us decided to have him come on the same day, one for two units. Later we spoke and discovered that the technician had told ALL of us that we had other work that had to be done. Two of us fell for it, overpaying for the "fix" to the tune of $150 and $120, but then when we compared notes, we weren't sure that he didn't damage the vents in the first place to get the money. Fantastic service. I called them at 7:00am (and someone actually answered the phone) when we discovered our hot water went. There was someone here by 8am. Can't beat it. I called several others with "24/7" emergency service and all I got was an answering machine. Highly recommend this company.
