I had the sweetest experience at this bridal store! 🤍 She was so kind, never pushy, and truly listened to everything I wanted. She made me and my family feel completely comfortable and included the whole time. It was my first time dress shopping, and she made it so fun and easy! She totally saw my vision and helped me picture everything with a veil — and even had my mom place the veil on me, which made it such a special moment. It honestly felt magical. Crystal was so wonderful and helpful! I had been to several stores before coming into A Heart's Desires and I was still deciding what style of dress I wanted. Crystal took the time to get to know me and picked out some truly beautiful dresses. One dress ended up being THE ONE!! I am beyond pleased with my experience at A Heart’s Desires! Crystal was so knowledgeable, helpful, and welcoming. She really helped me figure out what it was that I wanted. She was so kind and did a great job at explaining the process, making me feel comfortable, and making everything feel easy. I have nothing except good things say. My MOH surprised me with a fitting here I didn’t know what to expect but I was blown away with how beautiful it was and how helpful and welcoming Crystal was. She was given a few ideas from my MOH and took everything we were saying into consideration. Mostly everything looked like it was grabbed straight from my Pinterest board very beautiful selection of dresses. Seriously the best and easiest decision I’ve made! Crystal is so lovely I cannot say enough about her. She was super kind, knowledgeable and thoughtful. She took me through the entire process with ease and truly made me feel less anxious and awkward about the whole thing. I cannot wait to wear my dress again!!
