Trash floral company! Do not use. I placed an order on the website on May 5th for flowers to be delivered on May 12th. Never received a confirmation email as stated on the website. Thank GOD I took a screenshot of the order number. The order was never delivered. Tried calling store multiple times, and it goes straight to voicemail. Ended up contacting the company listed on the credit card, to be told that this poor excuse for a business cancelled the order on May 12. No call, no email or nothing, just cancelled. Do no use.
I ordered a large $100 bouquet for my Aunt’s 90th birthday and this is what showed up! It’s not even in a glass vase! This looks nothing like any of the online pictures nor the quality I expected. I’m embarrassed and disappointed. While I appreciate how kind and pleasant the owner is and appreciate her delivering to a rural location, the quality is horrible! Flowers are wilting!
